Initial 10-15 Phone Consultation with no charge: We will conduct an assessment of your needs whether large de-clutter or deep cleaning with small organizing ideas to keep your life running smooth.
Full physical review of your home for services $35/hour. If after our initial meeting, I feel we would work well together in meeting your goals, I will apply the $35 charge towards your hourly rate. If not, the review charge is non-refundable. Clutter rates are $25-35/hour and are on individual basis and cleaning rates are $20/30 hour on individual basis. If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning’s cost will be charged.
I will assess each room in your home and discuss the organization process, suggest difference systems (basis upon your expressed needs) that I feel would best serve you for your long-term goals. I will then present ideas and we together can decide which best meets your needs and budget. Each job and persons needs are so different that I like to have complete understanding of how you envision your life. Any shopping hours or products purchased are an additional cost and will be fully discussed prior in incurring those expenses..
